Different Shades of Pink care packages are provided to offer encouragement, comfort, hope, and support to individuals affected by cancer. 💗
🎀 Eligibility Requirements
To request a care package, you must:
- Be an individual currently battling cancer, undergoing treatment, or recovering from cancer.
- Complete the Care Package Request Form, which is at the bottom of this page.
- Provide your full name and contact information.
- Provide a mailing address if the package will be shipped.
- Provide the name of your cancer treatment facility, if applicable.
- Provide your current cancer/treatment status.
- Agree to receive a care package based on available supplies.
- Understand that care packages are provided while supplies last.
- Understand that submitting a request does not guarantee that a care package will be provided.
🎁 Care Package Information
Each care package may contain different items depending on donations and availability. Items may include:
- Comfort and self-care items
- Encouragement materials
- Personal-care products
- Inspirational items
- Cancer-awareness materials
- Other donated items intended to provide comfort and support
Contents may vary from package to package.
